Annual Maintenance
When you purchase SagePay you will be required to pay an annual Software  Maintenance Fee (SMF).

Your Software Maintenance Fee entitles you to:

• SagePay software enhancements as down loads from the SagePay web site

• Legislative changes made to software as down loads from the SagePay web site

• Annual Updates of taxation tables as downloads from the SagePay web

• Secure access to the end user support section of the SagePay web site

• Changes and updates to the Interactive Software Learning Assistant ISLA™

• Supply of new versions of the software on CD.

• End of Year processing “How to Guides” updated on and supplied on an annual basis
